1. Cancellation & Modification Guidelines

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
  • After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

2. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

If you need to cancel or modify your order, follow these steps:

  1. Locate Your Order Details – Have your order number and email used at checkout ready.
  2. Submit Your Request – Email help@nebuluxe.shop with the subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]” or “Modification Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  3. Wait for Confirmation – Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

3. Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return it following our Return Policy once received.
  • Any modifications affecting the order total will be adjusted accordingly, and refunds/charges will be processed as needed.
